Cranial osteopathy is a form of gentle and non-invasive osteopathic treatment used both diagnostically and therapeutically to encourage the release of stresses and strains throughout the body and the head by applying various techniques to the cranium and sacrum.
Osteopaths may incorporate cranial osteopathy into their treatment programmes to address a wide range of conditions for people of all ages and in particular in treatments of osteopathy for babies and children. For more information on cranial osteopathy, please read our Blog.

Kieran has helped me recover through climbing and running related injuries and each time provides a clear, methodical approach to recovery. Very supportive and knowledgeable!

I had ongoing issues with finger pain stemming from climbing too hard and Kieran had been highly recommended from many people. Starting with the initial consultation, he was able to pinpoint the source of my pain and with a mutually agreed rehabilitation plan, encouraged and supported me in achieving outstanding results. This was all carried out in a safe and professional manner at Vauxwall East clinic. Although I'm sure i could have found an excellent osteopath much nearer to where I live, I am convinced they would not be as knowledgeable as Kieran for my specific ailments and as such would not hesitate to recommend him for any climbing related injuries.

Kieran is a great attentive practitioner who has helped a great deal with a long standing neck issue and more recently knee pain. He spends a lot of time going over all issues you have in trying to understand and then prescribe suitable course of action along with links to videos that help demonstrate exercise techniques as part of a rehabilitation plan. I have found a lot of relief following a first time visit to see an Osteopath, and hopefully, no discredit to Kieran, don't have to visit again too soon! Really highly recommended.

From gymnastics to touch rugby and now rock climbing; I have had a fair few injuries all rehabilitated with the help of various physiotherapists. I am so glad that I chose to see Kieran regarding this particular injury! Kieran immediately reassured me through his knowledge of sports injuries and ability to understand the mindset of an enthusiast. Being a visual learner, I found the 3D anatomical model on the computer helpful in understanding my injury and was impressed with the prompt follow up email containing videos demonstrating my exercises. The follow up video consultation was fantastic and efficient. I feel this is a great tool, particularly as I live far from the clinic. Now I am back climbing with no pain! Long may this continue... however, I would not hesitate to contact Kieran in future if I was to need further treatment.

Eglantine has been brilliant. We saw her with my husband and 2 month old baby boy and she was very knowledgeable and kind. She helped our whole family. Thank You!

If it was possible I would give 10 stars to Eglantine. She literally put me back on my feet after a very painful end of pregnancy - and now I can even do dance classes again! She can read my body's pains and needs like no-one. Dont know what I would do without these sessions!
